Calorimeter Test

Considering the ever growing focus on energy conservation, maximizing the energy efficiency of air conditioners and heat pumps is absolutely vital, not to mention the additional benefits such as consumer confidence and international recognition via Ecolabels.

Our Calorimeters help you test for the efficiency of the heating/cooling capacities of your units and provides you the data to find the right compromise between size and power. Tests can be conducted in accordance with EC standard ISO 5151-2010 “Non-ducted air conditioners and heat pumps: Testing and rating for performance” and can also be configured to adhere to other important standards such as ASHRAE, ISO or EN by choosing the appropriate configurations.

Climatic and Thermostatic Chambers

Many products and components are expected to operate in various conditions outside of ambient temperature and humidity, causing them to experience thermal fatigue, resulting in premature wear of the equipment. However, with our climatic and thermostatic test chambers, you would be able to force out and detect infancy component failures which would otherwise be detected only after final assembly and delivery.

Corrosion Diagnostic Test

The Corrosion diagnostic test is designed to highlight the corrosion process in metallic materials and alloys in a fast and easily reproducible manner. Taking over and replacing the traditional “salt spray test”, this test is meant to better reproduce real-life “on the ground” scenarios to properly reflect what your product goes through in its full life cycle. This will expose unforeseen effects of wear and tear on your products so that you can remedy those problems before launching them into the market.

We provide you the tools to test for corrosions such as filiform corrosions, according to standards UNI 9399 and scab corrosions, under standards UNI 9590. In addition to that, standard continuous or alternate salt spray tests, which meet international standards DIN50021, DIN50017, DIN50014 and ASTM can be customized to suit your specific needs. Explosion Testing

Physical Resilience Test (Drop, Shock and Tensile Strength)

From the production process to the final assembly and delivery, components and merchandise are prone to damage from physical exertion. To prevent and minimize such occurrences and ensure competitive quality, material stress tests can be carried out, unveiling any latent issues with the products.

Our systems are able to perform drop, shock, bump and tensile strength tests. They are manufactured according to international standards such as DIN 51220, EN ISO 7500-1 and GOST, guaranteeing that your material testing is accurate and reliable. Sand/Dust and Rain Test

Sun Simulation Chamber

Our solar simulation chambers are able to test for the potential damages caused by the sun and its full array of solar radiation, providing you insight to the effects of the sun on your equipment. We offer you the ability to expedite the effects of solar radiation on your products with these chambers, with the specific parameters under your control. The Ultraviolet, Infrared and Metal Halide lamps used to reproduce the complete spectrum of solar radiation are all able meet international standards with reference to DIN 75220 “Ageing of automotive components in solar simulation units”, MIL STD 810F “Environmental engineering considerations and laboratory tests” and PR306.5 “Solar Simulation for exterior and interior parts”

Thermal Shock Test

Defects tend to occur when an object experiences sudden thermal expansion or contraction. We offer air-to-air and liquid-to-liquid chambers, allowing you the option of the regular, rapid thermal shock tests or an even faster, short and sharp thermal shock test. We also provide the option of double or triple cabinet units, giving you the choice to include the intermediate ambient temperature step. All our air-to-air thermal shock test chambers meet the international standards IEC68-2-14 (test Na), MIL-STD 202 D/E/F, MIL-STD 883 A/C/D; and all our liquid-to-liquid chambers meet the IEC68-2-14 (test Nc), MIL-STD 202 D/E/F, MIL-STD 883 A/C/D standards.

Ultra-High Stress Chambers

The ultra-high stress chambers provide extremely accelerated product testing that aid in detecting any inherent design, material or manufacturing flaws. It is able to perform specific stress tests such as HALT, HASS, Strep stress testing and more, with each test identifying specific defects that other traditional methods and equipment were unable to.

Ultra-high stress chambers subject your products to rapidly changing temperatures over a large temperature range, allowing for extreme cold or hot tests. These chambers also come with repetitive shock vibration test systems capable of 6 Degrees of Freedom movement and powered by a Pneumatic vibrator. By exposing your products to these high stress chambers, latent defects in your product’s components, design or manufacturing process can be discovered in mere hours or days. The altitude and vacuum test chambers perform diagnostics complying with many international standards such as DEF STAN 0035 3-11/12/13 "Environmental Handbook for Defence Materiel", MIL-STD-810G method 500.5 “Environmental Engineering Considerations and Laboratory Tests: Low pressure” and RTCA/DO-160C “Environmental Conditions and Test Procedures for Airborne Equipment” so you know for sure that any potential defects and issues will be detected early in the production process.

Our range of products are able to perform vacuum tests of down to 1mbar or even high vacuum upon request. The chambers also come with humidity and temperature control features, with unique wall thermoregulation systems optimized for great performance even at pressures below 300 mbar. Vibration Testing
